The Super Eagles of Nigeria have revenge their 1-0 loss to the Central African Republic (CAR) by beating them in their backyard in the reverse fixture of the 2022 CAF World Cup Qualifiers.
Gernot Rohr’s men had lost the first leg 1-0 few days ago at the Teslim Balogun Stadium.
The three-time African champions took the bull by the horn when Balogun, who was involved in a mix-up that gave CAR the 1-0 win the first leg with Willaim Troost-Ekong gave Nigeria the lead.
In-form Napoli striker, Victor Osomhen doubled the lead on the dot of the first half to give Super Eagles a two-goal cushion.
