Frontline Senatorial Aspirant for Ogun East Senatorial District, Otunba Adewale Adenaike has said that Nigerians have every reason to give thanks to God for keeping the country together despite as it celebrates its 61-year anniversary.
Otunba Adewale, who is also the Special Assistant to the Honourable Minister of State for Education on Projects, noted that this is necessary despite the myriad challenges the country was passing through.
He stated this in a statement issued to commemorate the 61st Independence Anniversary of Nigeria
While noting that it is the Grace of God and the determination of Nigerians to make a success of the country, the senatorial aspirant said the different challenges Nigeria is contending with, are sufficient to elicit panic attacks.
He further said that it is also this resilient spirit of Nigerians that has propelled him into offering himself for service as a Senator for Ogun East Senatorial District.
While saluting Nigerians from all works of life for their belief in the Nigerian Project, Adenaike said Nigerians must not use the current state of the nation to judge her tomorrow.
“Nigeria has a better and brighter tomorrow. It is true that our situation calls for concern but I’m optimistic, more than ever before, that we shall overcome. The bend is close by and the end of the tunnel has become more visible than before. Our victory is certain and our rise to stardom as a nation is inevitable” he said.
