The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 238 new cases of COVID-19 in the country bringing the total to 160,895. Three new deaths were recorded. Lagos State is reported to have topped the list.
The 238 new cases are reported from 17 states- Lagos (72), Kwara (28), Bauchi (19), Kaduna (19), Edo (17), Ogun (15), Nasarawa (13), Rivers (10), FCT (9), Ondo (8), Akwa Ibom (5), Gombe (5), Niger (5), Osun (5), Plateau (4), Oyo (3), and Kano (1).
The breakdown of the NCDC tweet shows that the 238 cases were from 17 different states. Lagos State recorded the highest number of cases with a total of 72 cases. Kwara State followed with 28 cases while Bauchi State had 19 cases. Find the breakdown in the picture below.

According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), all the thirty-six (36) states in Nigeria including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) have so far recorded cases of COVID-19. Also, Lagos State still holds the record for most cases in Nigeria.
So far, 160,895 cases have been confirmed, 145,752 cases have been discharged and 2016 deaths have been recorded.
