Michael B. Jordan has responded to Kim Kardashian’s viral comment asking if he’s single after his Oscars win. Jordan shut down the inquiry, saying, “I’m good… every time a successful Black man is winning, somehow you try to insert yourself into the moment and shift the narrative.
Not happening here.” He added, “I worked too hard for this moment to have it turned into something else. Respectfully… keep me out of it”.
Kim Kardashian had sparked the controversy when she asked a reporter, “He deserves it. And is he single? Asking for a friend,” after Jordan’s Best Actor win for his role in “Sinners”.
Jordan’s response has blown up online, with people praising him for protecting his moment and checking Kim Kardashian.
