The governor made the declaration while addressing members of the APC and supporters of the Bring Back Door2Door Movement, urging them to remain committed to the party and work towards the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and other APC candidates.

Uzodimma expressed confidence in the APC’s electoral prospects in Imo State, calling on residents to vote for the party at all levels of government, from the State House of Assembly to the National Assembly and the presidency.

According to the governor, the votes expected from Imo State would be based on the people’s genuine appreciation of the performance of President Tinubu’s administration.

“The All Progressives Congress is the only party we can trust. Vote APC for House of Assembly, vote APC for Governor, vote APC for House of Representatives, vote APC for Senate, and crown it all with a vote for the presidency,” he said.

He further maintained that the party was confident of winning its elections in the state, describing the anticipated votes as organic support from voters who had made their political choices based on the president’s performance.

The governor also acknowledged the contributions of High Chief Tompolo, the national coordinators and members of the Bring Back Door2Door Movement, thanking them for their involvement in the political mobilisation effort.

However, Uzodimma issued a stern warning to members of the movement against supporting opposition parties or candidates, reminding them that their empowerment was intended to advance the interests of President Tinubu and the APC.

“Listen to me, you are members of the APC. If I see you working for another party or another person, I will collect the vehicle,” the governor warned.

He stressed that the vehicles and other forms of support provided to members of the movement were intended to strengthen their mobilisation activities for the president and the ruling party.

Reiterating his position, Uzodimma emphatically declared that there was no Rainbow Coalition in Imo State, urging members of the movement to remain loyal to the APC and its political objectives.

His remarks come amid political realignments and coalition-building efforts within Nigeria’s political landscape, with parties and political actors positioning themselves ahead of future electoral contests.

The governor’s comments underscore the APC’s determination to consolidate its political influence in Imo State and maintain support for President Tinubu’s administration.
